1. How should I start?

First of all, you should have a more or less clear idea what kind of a lady you would like to meet. If you know how she should look like, or her age, height, weight , etc.. parameters, then the easiest way to find your match is to use our Search Engine or you can browse our Photo Albums.

2. If I find a lady/ladies I like, what should I do next?

There are several ways how to get into contact with ladies you like:

• You can order her postal address with/without her e-mail address and phone number. It is possible to learn what contact information you can obtain on the Internet page of this lady.
• You can write a letter through our Mail Delivery System and order translation of this letter to the native language of that lady and to receive her reply back;
• VIP membership in our agency gives a great possibility to combine both: ordering addresses and mail delivering;
• If you are often in the city where lives a lady you would like to meet with, you can order meeting with her and ladies of that city through the Pre-arranged Meetings;

3. What for is registration on your dating site?

Registration serves only for paying for the services we provide. Being registered member, you can add money to your account and after it: order addresses, sending letters, ordering newspaper advertising, ordering meetings with ladies. Registration does not give free access to any contact information of ladies. Please, remember, your order will be complete and the information will be sent to the e-mail address you have left on our
registration page.

4. If I want to write a letter to a lady, what should I do?

First of all, you need to open the page of a lady, then press the button: Send me a letter. After it, you will get to the login dialog,
where you will need to write your e-mail address and your password. If you are not registered yet, please, get registered. You can do it on the registration page. After writting your e-mail and password, you will be redirected to the special Letters page. There you can upload your photos and write the text of your letter. Please, indicate whether you want your letter to be translated or not (button Translate) ; and if you want the reply of a lady to be translated (button: Translate Response). After pressing Submit button, your letter will be sent to the agency's
office where we will prepare it for delivery. Please note - all the letters sent by you ( and their present status ) could be checked in your members' section.

5. If I want to buy address of a lady, what should I do?

First of all, please, notice that on every lady's page is indicated what kind of information this lady is ready to publish in the Internet (what you
will get when buying her address). It can be either: postal address, e-mail or phone number. To learn it, please, notice what is written onher home page: either: Buy my address - then it will be only postal address;
Buy my address, e-mail - postal address and e-mail address;
Buy my address, phone, e-mail - it will be postal address, phone number and
e-mail address;
After pressing the button: Buy my address you will get to the login dialog, where you will need to enter your e-mail address and password, if you
are registered in our agency, or, if not, please, visit this page for
registration. Please note - all the addresses bought by you could be found at any time in your members' section.

6. How can I pay?

The easiest way of payment is using your credit card; it is safe and secure.
we accept all Visa and Mastercards.

You can add money to your account, openning page: Account, which will appear after you login to our site. On this page you will need to press: Add funds link and after it you will get to the page where you can add any sum of money you want to your account. Actually, if you have insufficient funds to order any of services of our agency, you will automatically get to the page for adding money to account.

7. What is your billing company?

We work with 3d party certified billing company Firstdata ( formerly known as Bankserviss ). Firstdata is the leading company for payment card data processing services in Latvia and Baltic States.

8.How can I learn about her foreign language skills?

We have a specially accepted system of marking foreign language skills for our ladies. These are marks from 0 till 3;
0 (zero) – ( if this language is not mentioned in the field Languages ) – lady does not speak this language;
1 – (ex. English – 1) – this lady has a very poor skill of this language, all letters need to be translated;
2 – some spoken language skills, poor writting skill; wishfully, to send her all letters translated in to her native language, except short and easiest ones;
3 – good or fluent language skill; this lady can easily speak by phone on that language, does not need translation of letters to her and her replies;

9. Usefull thoughts

We have several years of successfull experience on that field and great number of marriages arranged. We would suggest several thoughts from us about the Internet dating in general:

Age diference: according to our experience, age difference accepted in our Former Soviet Counries (FSU) is 10 – 15 years old. That is natural. If you would like to get to know ladies who are e.g. 15 years younger than you, then the biggest persentage of denials from them will be because of age diference.

Family: for many single ladies without children it is important that their future husband would be also single and with no kids;

Letters: it is great if you can write long and interesting letters! But if you not, please, do not forget to tell more about you in your letter: your age, height, weight, write more about your children, your work, hobbies, interests, place of living... Write her why you decided to choose her. Do not forget to send your letter – because you have already seen her... Try to make your letter interesting or maybe funny, romantic. Bad manner is when a letter sounds boring and "dry" – when you just mention your bio information

Importance of real life communication: too long correspondence is not very good for healthy relationship. If you feel that you like that lady and she also has a positive attitude towards you, come and meet her!

Start with many, finish with one: the best is to start to correspond with several ladies; it is rather rare when the first lady you like on the Internet pages will become your true match. We will advice you to try choosing 5-10 ladies you like and to send them letters.
